1). Have fun on air and in the chatroom. Politics and religion make for bad topics to discuss. We are all here to have a good time and to socialize so letβs keep it light and fun.
2). Never distribute log-in information and/or encoder passwords. All log-in information will be handed
down directly to you from another staff member.
3). We are proud to be CENSORED, and YOU as DJ s are responsible for your content.Explicit/Illicit music is Prohibited
4)Support your peers on AND off the air in EVERY way possible. Each DJ has their own music preferences and their own "style" support that style publicly as you would want them to support you. Your personal opinion should remain just that, your personal opinion! How you feel about a fellow DJs personally is your business.
5).This is a Drama Free Station...IF there is a problem and resolution is not possible between you and the 2nd party; please contact a member of the Management Team for Mediation.
Use your Chain of Command: Go first to the Anita then to the Station Manager. Anita is required to pass ALL problems up the line to the Station Manager
6). When you place your name on the schedule you are making a commitment to Have A Blast Radio, the Staff as well as to the Listeners. There are a few simple guidelines to follow once you are on the Schedule to ensure that everything runs smoothly. If you are unable to meet your commitment, you are required to Contact Anita or Reba.
7). Missed Show - If a DJ is scheduled to take a slot and they do not show up, you must wait 10 minutes before taking that time slot to give the assigned DJ time to login and broadcast. If after 10 minutes the assigned DJ doesn't show up you can then take that slot with no need to hand it over to the assigned DJ should they come later. Remember be on time for your assigned slots!
